Employer terms & refund policy
These placeholder terms govern employer and recruiter use of MediSyn's careers features, including paid job posting. Final commercial terms will be published before general availability.
Who can post
Job posting is available to verified organisations. Your organisation must complete organisation verification before any job can be published. Verification confirms you are a genuine employer or agency entitled to receive applicants' professional details.
How candidates reach you
- MediSyn does not provide a member directory or candidate search. You receive a professional's details only when they choose to apply to one of your jobs.
- By applying, a member consents to share their verified profile and message with your organisation for that role. You may contact applicants only about the role they applied to.
Plans & payment
Job posting is sold as a subscription (a set number of concurrent live jobs) or as pay-per-post credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
Refunds & cancellation
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Unused pay-per-post credits are non-transferable. Refund eligibility for unused credits will be set out in the final policy.
- We may remove a job that breaches our content rules; this does not entitle you to a refund where the breach is yours.
Acceptable use
- Post only genuine, lawful vacancies you are authorised to advertise.
- Do not request patient-identifiable information or use applicant data for any purpose other than the role applied to.
- Do not attempt to contact members who have not applied to your jobs.
Changes
We may update these terms as the careers product develops; we will notify organisations of material changes.
