Research & earnings terms
These placeholder terms cover paid market-research surveys on MediSyn: for client organisations commissioning research, and for members who take surveys and earn rewards. Final terms will be published before general availability.
For research clients
- Surveys are available only to verified organisations and must pass compliance review before going live.
- You receive aggregate, anonymised results only. You never receive respondent identities, individual answers, or any means to link an answer to a member.
- Pharmaceutical and medical-device studies must follow the BHBIA Legal & Ethical Guidelines and the ABPI Code, including adverse-event handling. You are responsible for the regulatory determination and any pharmacovigilance reporting.
- Surveys must not solicit patient-identifiable information.
For members (earning & payouts)
- The reward and estimated time are shown before you start. A survey may include a screening step; if you don't qualify, there's no reward — we tell you up front.
- Completed surveys credit your earnings balance. Your answers are decoupled from your identity in anything a client sees.
- To withdraw earnings you must complete a one-off identity check (KYC). This is required only to cash out — your L1 participation is always free.
- Withdrawals are currently issued as MediSyn credit; bank payouts are not yet available. Earnings may be taxable and could carry reporting obligations — you are responsible for your own tax position.
Adverse events
If you report a possible adverse event or product complaint, it is routed to our compliance team and the relevant sponsor for handling under their regulatory obligations.
Changes
We may update these terms as the research product develops; we will notify affected parties of material changes.
